In addition to sales and acquisitions, she has owned and operated a real estate brokerage, been a mortgage lender and managed apartment complexes. Elected president of a broker council representing 18 offices, she also produced the successful “SHOWCASE OF HOMES”-- a weekly TV program that was one of the first virtual real estate tools on the California central coast. Susan has built successful agencies in Orange County, Santa Cruz, Maui, Honolulu, Monterey and San Diego. Chimento holds a California Brokers license and specializes in 1031 Tax Exchange and distinctive properties along the coast of California. Chimento is past president of “The Exchangers” in Monterey, leads 1031 Exchange seminars, and is cofounder/ owner of A Realty Group Consulting in La Jolla. Chimento combines his entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative real estate success to produce a fast-track business plan specific to maximize success in the initial months and years in the real estate business. Chimento has practiced real estate in San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Diego.

Elizabeth Taylor Obermeyer brings marketing and management skills to the team. Elizabeth holds a California real estate license and has managed real estate brokerages in California and Hawaii.
